All Tuffits are inspected for defects before shipping and our packaging ensures that your purchase gets to you in perfect condition. However, if for any reason your Tuffit arrives chipped or broken, please call (707)778-8025 immediately upon receipt of your damaged merchandise. We will get back to between 9-5 Monday through Thursday, and let you know how to repackage and return your product. We will replace your damaged Tuffit upon receipt of the returned merchandise, or if preferred, a refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the original purchase.
Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy
Please be assured that your Tuffit(s) will ship out within 3 days of purchase. We use United Parcel Service. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing and shipping. UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping & Handling Costs
Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of each Tuffit can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies United Parcel Service, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Shipping is calculated at time of purchase, and is billed directly to your credit card at that time.
No sales tax is added to customers outside of California.
